The Surveillance Operator uses video technology to support safe, secure, and wellrun casino and property operations, helping protect our guests, team members, and company assets. Starting Pay: $22.00
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and observations.
Ability to write neat, clear, and legible reports and maintain accurate written logs.
Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time while working in close proximity to other team members and effectively multitask in a monitoring environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Prior military, security, or law enforcement experience is preferred; computer handling experience is helpful.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to obtain and maintain Colorado Support Gaming License.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to respond calmly and effectively to stressful or emergency situations.
Ability to compose clear, accurate, and professional reports.
Ability to maintain focus while observing detailed activities for extended periods.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in close working quarters with other team members.
Ability to operate surveillance equipment including monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras.
Ability to work overtime or adjust shifts on short notice.
Observe casino and property operations using video surveillance technology to help maintain a safe, secure, and wellregulated environment for guests, team members, and company assets.
After completing required training, demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in monitoring all table games and gaming activities.
Monitor slot operations to identify irregular activity, ensure compliance with procedures, and protect company assets.
Observe cage, vault, and count room activities to support accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor nongaming areas of the property, including public spaces and backofhouse areas, to promote safety and security.
Complete accurate written logs detailing surveillance observations and activities during each shift.
Prepare clear, timely written reports documenting observations, incidents, and potential policy or procedural violations.
Perform all other duties as assigned in support of the Surveillance department and property operations.
