YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting Load Tracker role in Merriam, KS. The Transportation Load Tracker plays a crucial role in connecting the Transportation Team, Sales Team, Customers, and Plant Shipping. This position serves as a communication bridge, optimizing efficiency across Seaboard Foods' Supply Chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Communicate with internal and external contacts related to pick-ups or deliveries.
- Work closely with plant personnel and customers to adhere to set schedules.
- Monitor and manage appointment schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Set delivery appointments within acceptable parameters using various means as required.
- Actively engage with customers to encourage adherence to transportation schedules and commitments.
CORE COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS IN ALL ROLES:instills trust, communicates effectively, action-oriented, ensures accountability, and drives results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience with transportation industry
- Ability to effectively problem-solve
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
WORK ENVIRONMENT
