General Function:
Contractors are paid individuals employed by a third-party organization that partners with Santa Fe Public Schools to provide services under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Public Service Agreement (PSA). An established vendor may receive compensation through the district's Accounts Payable Department. All personnel working through these partner organizations are subject to Santa Fe Public Schools' contractor clearance requirements. This is for all contractors, subcontractors, and staff of partnering organizations or businesses who provide ongoing services and/or have direct contact with SFPS staff and students.

District policies and procedures, SFPS Contractor Handbook, Vector Solutions training as required.
