Position Summary

Second Chances Comprehensive Services (SCCS) is seeking an experienced MST Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support for our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program. This role supervises MST clinicians, ensures fidelity to the MST model, manages program operations, and collaborates with community partners to improve outcomes for youth and families. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision for 1–2 MST teams consisting of 2–4 therapists each. 
  • Conduct weekly supervision, training, and coaching to ensure adherence to MST principles and clinician competency. 
  • Manage referrals, clinician caseloads, program outcomes, and performance reporting. 
  • Collaborate with MST Experts, community partners, schools, and referral sources. 
  • Promote MST services and support stakeholder engagement throughout the community. 
  • Maintain a limited caseload of 1–2 families as needed. 

Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 annually

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field. 
  • Professional licensure preferred. 
  • Experience treating youth with serious behavioral challenges and implementing family-based interventions. 
  • Experience providing clinical supervision, staff leadership, performance management, and community collaboration. 
  • Strong knowledge of Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Social Ecological Theory, child development, and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
