As a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at SNF Health Group, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and services

  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff

  • Coordinate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning for residents

  • Conduct regular assessments and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary

  • Develop and manage the facility's budget and financial reports

  • Collaborate with the facilities' medical director and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare administration

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
