Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at SNF Health Group in Pottsville, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility and ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents.

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, including patient care, personnel management, and facility operations

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Manage budgets and finances, including procurement, inventory control, and departmental expenditures

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing and support staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and services

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements:

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Pennsylvania

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar healthcare leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
