Job description

Title: SharePoint Developer
Location: National Capital Region
Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Job Details:
Administer and maintain SharePoint site collections, ensuring smooth operation, security, and performance
Manage SharePoint lists, libraries, and applications, including permissions configuration and troubleshooting
Provide expertise in the design, configuration, and management of SharePoint sites and workflows
Perform regular SharePoint health checks, system updates, and resolve technical issues
Develop custom solutions and enhance user experience using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and AJAX
Customize and optimize SharePoint site pages, web parts, and content using front-end development tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop intuitive, accessible, and effective SharePoint interfaces
Apply best practices in knowledge management, file plan management, and records management within SharePoint
Ensure proper classification, storage, and retrieval of organizational knowledge and records
Support governance and compliance in relation to SharePoint data and content management
Utilize SharePoint Designer 2013 for advanced customizations, workflow creation, and troubleshooting
Maintain and configure SharePoint on-premises environments (up to version 2019)
Provide support for SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and backups
Work closely with end-users, providing training and support for SharePoint-related queries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SharePoint solutions that meet business needs
Manage and troubleshoot SharePoint permissions and access controls at both the site collection and site level
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive content and data within SharePoint environments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II and Microsoft Certified Professional (or equivalent) certification
Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired
Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
