The Administration team at Roblox provides core administrative support and serves as strategic partners to our business leaders.

• Support multiple Senior Directors of Engineering across the Infrastructure Group.
• Manage complex calendars by implementing strategic time allocation for your executives to execute their goals, maintaining a strong understanding of executive and team priorities.
• Lead team-level initiatives and complex planning with collaborative input, identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions with minimal guidance.  
• Act as a key liaison across the org, proactively managing executive bandwidth constraints and communicating priority trade-offs.
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment with team priorities, build goodwill, and effectively represent executive interests.
• Maintain department's communications, meeting notes, project plans, and track group goals and tasks. 
• Plan and execute off-sites, all-hands, and team-building activities that strengthen team cohesion.
• Drive internal E/ABP team initiatives, provide informal mentorship to peers, and lead the onboarding process for new administrative hires.
• Independently manage routine travel, expenses, and administrative tasks with high precision. 
• Work a full-time, hybrid schedule at our San Mateo office.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a high-growth support role.
• A proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous issues independently while maintaining professional composure.
• Experience standardizing operational workflows and a passion for sharing best practices to elevate the entire E/ABP team.
• A track record of completing high-quality projects with limited resources or creative constraints.
• A rigorous attention to detail ensuring that executive communications, calendar logic, and project tracking are executed with accuracy.

• Organized and proficient in calendaring, communication and document management tools (G-Suite, Slack, or similar) with 5+ years experience in a support role.
• An exceptional communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and serve as a reliable, professional representative for your executives.
• Calm under pressure, discrete with confidential information, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Passionate about fostering an inclusive environment and maintaining high team morale.
