Job description

Blue Ridge Radiology is seeking a Radiologist who is fellowship trained in Body Imaging to provide services in the Northeast Tennessee area. Blue Ridge Radiology is a growing private practice in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. We are seeking a BC/BE radiologist to join our group in providing exceptional imaging services to our patient population.  

Blue Ridge Radiology is a 70-plus-member group which places an emphasis on subspecialized interpretations. We provide services to a multitude of hospitals in the Ballad Health system. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with general radiology along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Facility Details:
Partnering with and serving Kingsport, Tennessee, and its surrounding region for more than 80 years, Holston Valley Medical Center features the latest healthcare designs and innovations, including new intensive care units and operating suites, as well as expanded emergency and radiology departments. Holston Valley’s world-renowned cardiovascular program is a national leader in clinical research trials, has been named a Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospital five times by IBM Watson Health and was the first in Tennessee to offer transcatheter aortic valve replacement surgery for patients who are unable to undergo open-heart surgery. The Christine LaGuardia Phillips Cancer Center provides a full range of oncology diagnostic and treatment options, including a Trilogy linear accelerator, and Holston Valley is home to the latest in surgical robotics, including DaVinci Xi for minimally invasive surgery and MAKO for joint replacement surgery. The hospital also features an accredited breast center, orthopedics and joint replacement, bariatric surgery, an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, neurology and neurosurgery and hyperbaric medicine.
