Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy using clinically validated modalities, placing a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices.
  • Effectively manage crisis interventions for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate support is provided.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment documents, progress notes, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to provide comprehensive care and holistic support to clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, potential treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their needs and rights.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and methodologies in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role requires sensitivity, empathy, and an understanding of the unique cultural and social dynamics that may affect a client's experience. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' mental well-being and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • Active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC) is required.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with the ability to develop insightful treatment plans.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for effectively engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • A capacity to work independently while also integrating well within a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is highly valued, although entry-level candidates may still be considered based on potential and training.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off, holidays, and a flexible work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to eligible candidates.
