Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to understand each patient’s unique experiences and needs.
• Collaborate with patients to develop customized treatment plans that not only address their psychological goals but also align with cultural sensitivities and personal values.
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as CBT and DBT in various therapeutic formats, including one-on-one, couples, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring that patients in acute distress receive immediate and coordinated care, collaborating with a network of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to regulatory standards and clinic policies.
• Deliver psychoeducational support for patients and their families, empowering them with tools to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Engage in regular outcome evaluations to assess therapy effectiveness and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits
