Position Overview

The Right Perception Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists to join our remote telehealth team. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work hours that cater to personal scheduling needs. Although our therapists work independently, they remain connected through daily virtual team huddles designed to enhance collaboration, share insights on new referrals, and discuss case updates. The telehealth setting supports rigorous monitoring and client engagement, ensuring our therapists can address the specific needs of clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and methods.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Monitor client progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficacy and address challenges as they arise.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing immediate distress, employing intervention techniques appropriate for high-acuity situations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards, as well as organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive client care, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to continuously develop professional skills and stay informed on the latest mental health treatment methodologies.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and professional standards as mandated by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The high-acuity nature of our client base demands a proactive and compassionate approach, with a focus on creating safe spaces for meaningful dialogue and healing.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong ability to develop relevant treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
• A compassionate demeanor and a commitment to prioritizing client well-being in all interactions.
• Adept at functioning independently while also collaborating effectively within a team framework.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal considerations governing mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a related field.
• Experience working with diverse, high-acuity populations in remote or telehealth settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The Right Perception Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
