Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Right Perception Counseling Center, you will undertake a variety of crucial responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand the mental and emotional needs of clients. This includes developing rapport and actively listening to establish trust and openness.
• Diagnosing a range of mental health conditions in accordance with clinical standards and creating personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage personal growth and healing.
• Providing valuable education to clients and their families regarding preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and coping mechanisms, ensuring they are equipped with essential skills for long-term success.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to strategically implement client care plans that optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines to foster trust and transparency.
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our services and contribute positively to patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire clients from various backgrounds.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental attitude, essential for building rapport and fostering trust.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a full caseload effectively.
• A clean disciplinary history and alignment with ethical practice standards.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly with telehealth services, is preferred but not necessary. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and prior involvement in quality improvement initiatives will be considered advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
