Position Overview

Right Path Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Remote Telehealth Specialist. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health services to families and children across Fort Collins, Colorado, using innovative telehealth practices. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing telehealth services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs and promote effective treatment strategies.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring solutions for each unique case.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to adjust approaches as necessary.
• Provide educational support to families, helping them enhance their child’s development by imparting information, skills, and strategies based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a coaching model to foster natural learning experiences for young children with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Establish and maintain rapport with children, families, and team members, ensuring a supportive learning and therapeutic environment.
• Comply with Federal and State regulations, standards, and protocols to uphold the integrity of our services and the safety of all participants.
• Adapt therapy and education strategies to accommodate varying learning styles and developmental needs, ensuring personalized care for each child.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on the youngest members of our community: infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families, providing education and support that aims to enhance the physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills of their children during these formative years. Your expertise will directly contribute to meaningful outcomes that can shape their future development and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Must be licensed by the Department of Public Health, with a specific requirement for LCSW status.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for compliance and logistics purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the individualized needs of children and families.
• Minimum of one year of experience in early intervention, specifically working with children.
• A commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices within therapy sessions.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
