Role Description This is an on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. The team member will support inventory counts, retail merchandising projects, and related tasks at client locations, following established procedures and accuracy standards. Daily responsibilities may include scanning and recording product data, organizing and labeling merchandise, verifying counts against records, and assisting with store resets or displays. The role also involves working collaboratively with other team members, adhering to safety and quality guidelines, and maintaining a professional and reliable presence at assigned sites. Scheduling may vary based on client needs, and the position requires consistent punctuality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform accurate counting, basic math, and data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light to moderate items for extended periods in a retail environment.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • Reliability in attendance, time management, and following instructions and company procedures.
  • Comfort using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or inventory-related technology (training provided).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, based on project requirements.
  • Prior experience in retail, inventory, or merchandising is helpful but not required.
