Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

  • Establish goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring progress and adapting approaches as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing issues such as trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect on a personal level and establish trust is key. Qualifications
  • Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, is required.

  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a supportive, nonjudgmental attitude toward clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities to effectively balance a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.

  • Experience in trauma-informed therapy, particularly with clients dealing with addiction or mental health challenges.
  • Familiarity with digital therapy platforms and tools that enhance remote counseling services.
  • Previous involvement in collaborative care settings focusing on integrated approaches to patient treatment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
