Product Management Intern - Prospective Intelligence (PI)
Location: Remote
Duration: 20-40 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.
Role Overview:
The Product Management Intern - Prospective Intelligence (PI) will support the Product team by conducting market research, analyzing product performance, improving documentation, and contributing to product development workflows. This internship is ideal for a student with strong analytical skills, an interest in healthcare technology and AI/ML, and a desire to learn how product strategy and execution come together in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and competitive assessments to support product strategy.
  • Analyze product usage data, pilot program results, and key performance metrics.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, and other internal teams.

Internship Deliverables:
  • Improve product documentation of existing functionality by validating capabilities with engineering teams, publishing updated documentation internally, and recommending monitoring or alerting enhancements.
  • Strengthen product team understanding of analytics, customer performance, competitive insights, and the broader market landscape for the Prospective Intelligence suite.
  • Refine customer segmentation models and create more efficient mechanisms for reporting on segment-level key metrics.
  • Support operational efficiency by helping organize the product backlog, cleanse documentation, and streamline PM workflows.
