Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic services to assigned clients, working both remotely and in the community, focusing on individuals with major mental health issues.
  • Perform thorough assessments and create individualized care plans that reflect clients' needs, goals, and personal preferences.
  • Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings, determining when more comprehensive assessments are necessary.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific contexts and challenges faced by each client.
  • Respond to crisis situations effectively and provide intervention as needed to ensure client safety and stability.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress towards goals, ensuring compliance with professional ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, share relevant information, and link clients with community services.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing service delivery within the organization.
  • Provide on-call coverage as assigned, ensuring clients have access to support during non-traditional hours.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and trends in clinical social work.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various backgrounds with multiple socioeconomic challenges. Our clients often experience significant barriers to accessing mental health services, making it essential for you to approach each interaction with sensitivity, empathy, and cultural competence. Your ability to create a trusting environment will be pivotal in encouraging clients to engage in treatment and recovery.

Qualifications
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Two or more years of direct clinical experience working with mental health populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions specific to mental health disorders.
  • Knowledge of age-related developmental issues and the unique needs of diverse populations.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with crisis intervention and management strategies.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for tracking client progress and documentation.
  • Previous work in community health or non-profit organizations focused on underserved populations.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
