Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to engage with clients through virtual platforms while also providing in-person support within local schools when necessary. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline clinician, providing direct support to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to develop integrated care plans that address the specific challenges faced by clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with educational staff and community partners to create and implement intervention strategies that promote mental wellness within schools.
• Actively participate in team efforts and committee meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery and ensuring quality improvement within the organization.
• Provide ongoing crisis intervention and support, effectively communicating with clients and family members to foster a therapeutic environment.
• Prepare and submit timely documentation related to client treatment, progress, and outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds, facing various socio-economic challenges. Your role will be pivotal in addressing mental health concerns that arise from trauma, behavioral issues, and emotional disturbances, guiding clients toward recovery and resilience. Understanding the unique cultural contexts of our client population is essential to providing effective care and promoting healing.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential required, with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on child and adolescent mental health.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for mental health disorders, along with a strong understanding of crisis management techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within school environments or with youth-focused programs is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
