Resilience Rays Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. This role operates within a full-time remote model, providing the flexibility to work from your own space while engaging with patients through a robust telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with clients, creating a therapeutic alliance that encourages openness and engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and identify mental health disorders in individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that take into account each client's unique needs, backgrounds, and circumstances.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues related to mental health, relationships, and family dynamics.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide well-rounded care, including making referrals to specialized services when needed.
• Document treatment outcomes, maintaining accurate records that comply with organizational policies and health regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will significantly contribute to improving their quality of life and fostering healthier relationships through effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate, inspire, and empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD $75,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
