Job description

RemX is seeking a reliable and detail-driven professional to join a fast-paced operations team supporting high volume calls, administrative and data entry support. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordination for law enforcement-related services. This role sits at a center of daily operations and requires someone who can balance accuracy without losing attention to detail.

 

  • Title: Client Support & Scheduling Coordinator
  • Location: Onsite (Huntersville, NC 28078)
  • Pay: $20–$23/hour
  • Job Type: Temp to Perm
  • Shift Options: 3pm–11pm or 4pm–12am
  • Schedule Options: Mon–Fri or Sun–Thur

Job Duties:

  • Handle a steady flow of inbound calls and support requests
  • Complete data entry, scheduling updates, and reporting with a high level of accuracy
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and written documentation
  • Follow structured processes and guidelines that vary by agency/customer
  • Review and verify information to ensure accuracy before finalizing tasks
  • Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to catch and prevent mistakes
  • Comfortable in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Team player who contributes to a collaborative work culture
