Job description
Reid Health is seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Licensed Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team in Connersville. This individual will provide counseling to individuals and families across the life span.
Position Details:
- Full-time hospital employed position
- Team: 16 providers; 5 physicians
- Office Hours: 8am - 5:30pm
Compensation Details:
- Base salary and sign-on bonus, also qualifying for the PSLF
- Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage
- Benefits: 403b with company match, health/dental/vision, PTO and country club membership included
- Paid vacation annually
- Annual CME allowance
Education/Experience
Education Required: Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent to and from an accredited school.
Experience Required: One year of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting preferred.
Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCAC, or LSW.
Certifications: BLS certification may be required. Specialty practice certifications in areas of practice expertise are also encouraged.
Other: Must have the ability to work cooperatively with all staff, physicians, and departments. Must be committed to Patient Satisfaction and Patient Safety. Ability to be approved by Professional Liability Insurance. Participation in individual or group clinical supervision may be required.
