Position Summary:

The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring members have a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members in a friendly and professional manner
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure a positive dining experience throughout the guest's visit
• Prepare and serve beverages for members
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly and accurately
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Adhere to company policies and local health regulations
• Report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns to management

Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, catering, or customer service environments preferred.
• Food Handler's Certificate and Responsible Beverage Service certification may be required depending on local regulations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
