Job description

We partner with major retailers including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Macy's, Kohl's, Belk, Stitch Fix, Burlington, and Walmart. Known for trend-driven, easy-wear apparel—ranging from tops and dresses to athleisure, outerwear, and loungewear—we are committed to delivering quality, comfort, and innovation in every collection.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and execute on tight deadlines without compromising quality

-Communicate with the Art Director regarding new projects, trend research, and development

-Create production-ready patterns, including but not exclusively, florals, plaids, conversational, sweater patterns, embroideries, and screen print graphics.

-Create/Review Hang tags, labels & garment packaging for the accounts

-Index/color separating artwork, for rotary & screen printing

-Creating computer-drawn motifs for new artworks

-Recoloring artworks based on customer needs, & seasonal trend/color direction

-Print Copyrighting & organize

-Keeping track of the print archive

-Collaborate with the team to buy and review studio prints and obtain approval from the Head of the Art Department.

-Work closely with the other divisions such as Design, Sales & production.

-Needs to work well in a team atmosphere

-Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with designers, production teams, and overseas factories

-Shopping/ Researching new print and color trends

-Sketching fashion flats in Illustrator is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge)

-At least 3 years' experience in fashion industry

-Bachelor's degree required in any of the following majors:

surface/textile/print/fashion/graphic design

-Women's fashion experience preferred
