Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver virtual counseling services utilizing video conferencing tools to provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with ethical standards and best practices.
  • Engage in active listening and offer empathetic support while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to the client’s situation.
  • Document client progress meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely updates using our electronic health records (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate thoughtfully with other healthcare professionals as necessary, making referrals when appropriate based on clinical judgment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development; continuously seek out training and resources to stay informed about the latest mental health practices.
  • Encourage and model self-care practices for clients, helping them set healthy boundaries and engage in their own personal growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • A Master's degree in a field related to mental health, such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong ability to foster professional relationships with clients, other therapists, and healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment modalities is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical for effective client interactions and documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in telehealth therapy, demonstrating proficiency with virtual counseling tools and best practices.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including multicultural and marginalized groups, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and billing purposes.
Compensation and Benefits
