Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a positive, energetic, and self-motivated Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our real estate and property management company. This role is responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, assisting agents and property management staff, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly each day.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, customer-service oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They take initiative, communicate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and are always willing to learn and help wherever needed. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with clients, tenants, owners, vendors, and team members are essential.
