Job description

System Integration Engineer Level 1, Clearance Required – TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.

The Program:

This program delivers Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) solutions to modernize and enhance Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems in support of evolving mission requirements. The team is responsible for the full system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, procurement, systems integration, testing, cybersecurity, field deployment, training, operations, sustainment, and technical support.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. A Master's Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
  • Four (4) years of experience as a software integrator, tester, system administrator, or systems engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Foundation in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and vSphere; Ansible experience is preferred.
  • Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant certification (i.e., Security+) is required.
  • Physical demands: support rack, stack, and cabling; must be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
As a System Integration Engineer, You Will:
  • Perform system administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, testing, integration, and configuration of Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain operating system and software applications.
  • Maintain and develop the environment for hardware and software systems builds, staging, testing, and integration.
  • Perform system, sub-system, and equipment racking, stacking, testing, and software integration at field sites and local lab environments.
  • Prepare and update technical documentation for system and software installations, sustainment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for system failures and degradation problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
  • Provide technical support to software development and integration efforts in the lab and during field installations.
  • Create system-specific software baselines and related configuration files in preparation for new deployments or system upgrades.
  • Provide in-depth trouble-shooting of IT systems.
