Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Radiant Psychological Services. This full-time remote position demands a licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to provide essential mental health services tailored to an assigned caseload. Key Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and contingency management, to foster positive client outcomes.
• Conduct regular participation in treatment team meetings and staff conferences to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate toward effective client care.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, employing appropriate behavioral health interventions tailored to the immediate situation.
• Consult with other mental health professionals regarding the assessment and treatment of psychological disorders, substance use disorders, and psychosocial challenges.
• Perform thorough behavioral health screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine the appropriate level of care required for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals dealing with an array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in establishing therapeutic relationships that empower patients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively. By leveraging your skills and expertise, you will address the individual needs of clients and contribute to their healing and recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, fully compliant with state regulations and supervision requirements.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing crisis management and mental health services.
• In-depth knowledge of theories related to personality development, human motivation, and abnormal behavior, alongside familiarity with current trends in mental health care.
• Proficiency in interview techniques and assessment methodologies that promote effective client engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based practices and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic interventions.
• Background in interdisciplinary collaboration and holistic client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits
