Radiant Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our dynamic team. Radiant Psychological Services utilizes state-of-the-art technology that supports remote therapy sessions, case management, and electronic medical record-keeping, ensuring that you have the necessary tools to effectively manage your caseload while maintaining compliance with mental health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Contingency Management tailored to individual client situations.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and consultation with fellow mental health professionals to discuss client progress and refine treatment approaches.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and behavioral health support to clients experiencing acute distress or challenges in their treatment journey.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers regarding the treatment of psychological disorders and associated psychosocial challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, many of whom may be grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys and achieve sustainable wellness.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, with compliance to ongoing supervision and continuing education requirements.
• Two (2) years of proven experience in providing crisis management and mental health services, contributing to direct therapeutic interventions.
• In-depth knowledge of psychological theories, intervention techniques, and the latest trends in the mental health field.
• Proficient in various assessment methods and interview techniques that facilitate accurate client evaluation and data collection.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with telehealth services.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions for diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, enhancing overall client care.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and digital case management tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Radiant Psychological Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
