Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive mental health services to an assigned caseload, adhering to mental health regulations and best practices.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and contingency management.
• Conduct regular assessments and updates to treatment plans, ensuring alignment with individual client needs and contract standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss individual client progress and adapt strategies as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention services, employing effective behavioral health strategies to ensure client safety and stability.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and healthcare professionals for comprehensive assessment and treatment of psychological and substance use disorders.
• Conduct behavioral health screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine suitable levels of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges. Our clients typically present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and interpersonal conflicts. Your expertise will be essential in creating safe and trusting therapeutic relationships, enabling clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Oregon, with a thorough understanding of supervision guidelines and requirements.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health services and crisis management in a clinical environment.
• In-depth knowledge of psychological theories, treatment modalities, and current trends in mental health care.
• Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, interviewing, and behavioral health interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community mental health settings, particularly within diverse populations and underserved communities.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions and documentation.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostics and therapeutic approaches.
