Job description

About the Role:
Join Pet Supplies as a Team Member, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our furry friends and their owners. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about pets and eager to create a welcoming environment in our Owasso, OK location.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their pets' needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
  • Restock shelves and ensure inventory is well-presented and accessible.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on pet care and product usage.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to store promotions and events.
  • Support the overall team in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for animals and knowledge of pet care products.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
