Job description

About the Role:
Join RRS Doghouse LLC as a Shift Lead at Pet Supplies Plus in Owasso, OK! This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate team while providing exceptional service to pet owners and their furry friends.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards.
  • Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory audits.
  • Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and troubleshooting pet-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
  • Handle cash register operations and oversee financial transactions during shifts.
  • Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and merchandising displays.
  • Provide feedback to management on team performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of pet care products and services is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for pets!
