Job description

Summary:The QTI Group is partnering with a mission-driven organization that helps individuals and families throughout Wisconsin access vital assistance programs and resources. We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk/Intake Specialist for the Madison office. In this role, you'll assist clients, process important information, and provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
This is a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for permanent employment after approximately one year based on performance.

Schedule & Training:Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are typically scheduled until 6:00 PM.
Extended hours may be temporarily reduced during portions of the summer.
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities:Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to general questions in both English and Spanish.
Assist applicants with paperwork in-office or at outreach sites.
Interpret and translate information for Spanish-speaking clients as needed.
Answer client and vendor questions regarding program eligibility and services.
Review completed forms to verify all required information has been provided.
Follow up with applicants, contact vendors, and respond to correspondence.
Qualifications:Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
3+ years of office, administrative, or customer service experience required.
Willingness and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, community partners, and business representatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
