We believe in nurturing a supportive atmosphere that encourages healing, growth, and resilience. Our clinical team specializes in a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. We utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, paving the way for meaningful recovery and emotional wellness.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, focusing on a school environment where you will engage with students both individually and in group settings. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to accommodate varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet clients' needs. Our remote work framework ensures that you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while actively contributing to students' mental health support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive insights into each student's mental health, strengths, and potential obstacles.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that define specific goals and interventions based on each student’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with school staff, including psychologists and educators, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to student care.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for students and parents, focusing on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and resilience building.
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed, utilizing effective risk assessment strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups, fostering an inclusive environment where students feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. This role is pivotal in helping youth navigate complex emotional landscapes, promoting resilience and providing tools to manage their mental health effectively. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing these students' overall well-being and academic performance.

Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of two years of dedicated experience in mental health support, preferably within outpatient or school settings.
  • Extensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and approaches.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, families, and colleagues.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in educational settings.
  • Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and the ability to integrate mental health services within a school framework.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
