Our client, a well-established healthcare organization in Calexico, CA is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join their growing team. This is a full-time, onsite clinical role offering competitive compensation, leadership opportunities, and exceptional support for relocation or visa sponsorship.
This position is ideal for a physician who is passionate about women's health, committed to high-quality patient care, and open to mentoring advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology care in an outpatient and inpatient setting.
- Manage prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
- Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Participate in occasional weekend coverage as needed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to NPs, PAs, and clinical staff.
- Doctorate degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Gynecology
- Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Valid California licenses/certifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) license – CA
- DEA – CA
- Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
- American Heart Association BLS
- American Heart Association ACLS
- Willingness to supervise or mentor clinical staff (NPs/PAs).
- Commitment to a full 40-hour workweek; not open to part-time or locum arrangements.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience (or willingness to step into a leadership role).
- New graduates from residency may be considered, though 3+ years of experience is preferred.
