Our Patient Services Reps are the heartbeat of the patient experience. Step into a fast-paced, patient-focused role where every interaction makes a difference. As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you will be a key member of the practice team, partnering with physicians, managers, and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) may be the perfect role for you if you enjoy helping others, thrive in a busy environment, and are passionate about creating positive experiences for patients and their families. The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role might be for you if:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and relevant experience and/or training. Candidates must demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of patient satisfaction and safety and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, previous medical receptionist or general office experience, and knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Please advise the schedule for this role is Monday-Thurdsay, 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, with hours subject to change based on practice’s needs.
