Telecom Services & Expense Management Analyst

We''re seeking an experienced Telecom Services & Expense Management Analyst to support telecom expense management, financial analysis, and vendor administration within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage telecom expense forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning

✅ Analyze telecom invoices, usage, and contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities

✅ Monitor telecom spending, reconcile billing discrepancies, and process payments

✅ Prepare budget variance reports and financial presentations

✅ Track telecom assets and ensure inventory accuracy

✅ Support vendor management, invoice validation, and contract compliance

✅ Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel and financial systems

✅ Assist with annual budgeting, audits, and procurement activities

✅ Maintain telecom databases and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM)

✔ Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

✔ Experience working with telecom vendors and invoices

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills

✔ Experience supporting large enterprise or public sector environments is a plus
