The Role
The Executive Assistant to the CRO serves as a trusted partner and force multiplier to the Chief Revenue Officer. This individual operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication - ensuring alignment, operational rigor, and seamless coordination across a fast-scaling global revenue organization.
This is not a traditional administrative role. It requires business acumen, executive presence, exceptional organizational discipline, and the ability to operate with urgency and discretion in a high-growth, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Strategic Support

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CRO, helping prioritize initiatives aligned to company growth objectives.
• Manage complex global calendar scheduling across customers, executives, board interactions, and cross-functional leaders.
• Assist in preparing executive briefings, board-ready materials, customer meeting prep documents, and revenue updates where applicable.
• Track and drive follow-ups from leadership meetings, QBRs, forecast reviews, and executive offsites in line with CRO expectations
• Ensure alignment between CRO priorities and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success.

Revenue Operations & Organizational Rhythm

• Support operating cadence for the revenue organization (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, executive dashboards, performance tracking).
• Partner with RevOps and Finance to ensure reporting accuracy and timely executive visibility where needed.
• Help manage strategic initiatives across Sales, Partnerships, and GTM expansion.

Communication & Executive Presence

• Draft high-impact internal and external communications on behalf of the CRO.
• Maintain consistent executive messaging aligned to project44's AI-native supply chain platform vision
• Serve as a liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional judgment at all times.

Travel & Logistics

• Coordinate complex global travel arrangements and customer visit logistics.
• Support executive event participation, including conferences, customer engagements, and internal leadership sessions.
• Ensure seamless execution of on-site meetings and executive engagements.

Special Projects

• Lead and manage special strategic initiatives as delegated by the CRO.
• Support planning for revenue kickoffs, global sales meetings, and leadership offsites.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement improvements.

What You Bring
Experience

• 5+ years supporting C-level or senior executives in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology company.
• Experience supporting revenue, sales, or go-to-market leaders strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong business acumen - understands revenue metrics, forecasting, and GTM operations.
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shift priorities with composure.

Compensation and Benefits:
We continually evaluate our pay ranges to reflect skills, experience, and market conditions. The base salary offered will be determined by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the specific geographic location where the job will be performed. Base salary is one component of project44's total compensation package, which also includes stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members, bonus or commission eligibility depending on role, and a benefits package tailored to your country of employment. Specific benefits package offerings vary by country and may include health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, in line with local market standards and statutory programs. The base salary range for this position is $100,000- $120,000 USD.
