Project Reach Psychotherapy is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to join our passionate team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client and care team.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Coordinate with primary care providers and other relevant service stakeholders to ensure comprehensive behavioral health support.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to improve outcomes and address emerging needs.
• Support psychotropic medication management, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and collaborating with prescribing physicians.
• Utilize our EMR system to document patient encounters, track outcomes, and facilitate patient re-engagement as required.
• Empower clients to set mutual self-management goals, employing strategic interventions to foster their progress.
• Facilitate adjustments in care plans for individuals needing additional support or alternative therapeutic options.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population encompasses individuals and families from various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges along their mental health journeys. As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with clients dealing with relational issues, mental health disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Your role is pivotal in guiding these clients towards developing coping strategies, improving interpersonal dynamics, and enhancing emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• State of Maryland active LCMFT license is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills and a background in working with a diverse range of populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with robust organizational skills that facilitate effective therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in private practice or within an outpatient mental health setting, enhancing your understanding of the therapeutic landscape.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices, having worked with EMR systems, specific treatment modalities, or particular populations.
• Two or more years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing your ability to manage complex cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges between $80,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience.
