We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our flourishing outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation team at Pro Balanced Body Rehab in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Balanced Body Rehab, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough musculoskeletal evaluations to assess patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, and functional limitations.
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that accurately reflect each patient’s unique recovery goals and medical history.
  • Utilizing a variety of manual therapy techniques, such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, and soft tissue manipulation to facilitate healing.
  • Administering therapeutic exercise regimens and neuromuscular re-education programs tailored to restore mobility and strength.
  • Providing specialized post-surgical rehabilitation for procedures including joint replacements and ligament repairs, ensuring optimal recovery trajectories.
  • Incorporating advanced therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and dry needling, to enhance treatment efficacy.
  • Educating patients on injury prevention strategies and offer guidance on biomechanics as well as customized home exercise programs for continued support.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to deliver cohesive and coordinated care aimed at improving health outcomes.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress updates, and outcomes in line with state regulations and clinic standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a broad spectrum of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-rehabilitation needs. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of individualized care approaches that empower patients by adjusting treatment modalities based on their specific recovery timelines and health aspirations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited program is preferred.
  • A current Oregon PT license in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

  • Manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programming, and functional movement assessments.
  • Post-operative rehabilitation protocols for orthopedic surgeries.
  • Utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities in evidence-based practice.
  • Effective patient education in injury prevention and rehabilitation support.
