Pro - Ace Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Charlottesville, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, aimed at addressing orthopedic injuries and disorders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment efficacy, and any modifications needed in their care plans in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their recovery effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and streamline treatment strategies.
• Foster an environment of excellent customer service, establishing rapport with patients to motivate and inspire them throughout their recovery process.
• Help meet minimum utilization goals and contribute to meeting the clinic’s operational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is varied, with a primary focus on individuals suffering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to work with pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine patients, enabling you to apply a broad spectrum of physical therapy practices to assist diverse client needs. Your direct contribution will significantly impact their rehabilitation journey, promoting recovery and enhancing their daily function.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid State License to practice physical therapy.
• Comprehensive understanding of orthopedic disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and foster meaningful relationships with patients.
• Ability to document patient care thoroughly and accurately while utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Desire to connect positively with individuals, aiding in their pursuit of recovery and functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in physical therapy, with a preference for experience in an orthopedic setting.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and familiarity with scheduling software.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative base salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
