Front Desk / Junior Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: 56th & Pecos – Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year
Work Setting: Onsite

About the Position

We are looking for a professional, self-motivated, and highly organized Front Desk / Junior Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps the office running smoothly and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

This position is more than a traditional front desk role. You will be the first impression of the company for clients, visitors, and business partners while also providing direct administrative support to the CEO.

The ideal candidate is confident, polished, proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative. You should be someone who sees what needs to be done and takes care of it rather than waiting to be told.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors attending facility tours, live demonstrations, and important sales meetings.
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and professional front office and reception area.
  • Provide administrative and scheduling support to the CEO, including calendar management and coordinating meetings.
  • Coordinate business travel, reservations, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Assist with expense reports, receipts, and other executive administrative needs.
  • Coordinate office supplies, snacks, beverages, and other workplace necessities.
  • Work directly with building management, vendors, and service providers to address office needs.
  • Coordinate catering and food deliveries for meetings, employees, and visitors.
  • Help keep day-to-day office operations organized and running efficiently.
  • Use Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, and other technology to communicate, organize information, and complete administrative tasks.
  • Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in front desk, administrative assistant, executive assistant, office coordinator, or a similar professional role.
  • A polished, professional, and approachable presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with executives, prospective clients, visitors, and business partners.
  • Highly independent and able to work with minimal direction.
  • A proactive mindset—you notice what needs to be done and take ownership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Comfortable switching between front desk responsibilities, executive support, and general office needs.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace/Google Docs; experience with Slack is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Google applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential company and executive information professionally.
  • Associate degree or higher preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.

The Right Personality

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Independent and self-directed
  • Professional and polished
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with executives and clients
  • Able to anticipate needs and solve problems
  • Positive and willing to jump in wherever needed

If you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things organized, makes things happen, and helps an office run smoothly, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $65,000–$75,000 annually
  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Fully onsite – 56th & Pecos area
  • Business casual environment with a polished, professional appearance expected
