Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, focusing on their emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's specific goals and obstacles.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and group sessions tailored to client needs.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress through appropriate metrics, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention when clients experience emergencies, offering immediate support and resources.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate holistic client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervision, keeping abreast of emerging research and therapeutic techniques.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines set by licensing boards, ensuring the highest standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding individual backgrounds and experiences is crucial in delivering culturally competent care. You will engage with clients through a telehealth format, allowing you to reach individuals in remote areas as well as those who prefer the convenience of virtual visits.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to client care, with a strong commitment to improving their mental health.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a proven track record in the field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $90,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary package, you will enjoy various benefits, including:
