What You'll Do

  • Help with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, meals, and grooming
  • Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
  • Assist with medications and track health needs
  • Support fun outings, community involvement, and social events
  • Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans
  • Keep clear and accurate documentation
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment
  • Stay calm and take action during emergencies or crisis situations
  • Work closely and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and families

  Flexible Scheduling Details

Mandatory Orientation/Training:

  • 2  consecutive weeks, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

? After Training - YOU Choose:

  • Pick from open shifts based on your availability
  • Perfect for those needing a schedule that fits around school, another job, or      family time

Minimum Hours Requirement:

  • Must work at least 30 hours per month to stay active in the PRN role

 What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Have your own vehicle
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical care needs
  • Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Patience, empathy, and reliability
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Willingness  to work nights, weekends, or holidays when needed

  • Carry  up to 50+ lbs
  • Push/pull 100+ lbs
  • Stand for extended periods (4+ hours/day)
  • Perform physically active care and household support tasks
