Job description

We are not just a box company. Premier Packaging is a fast growing, forward thinking provider for all packaging needs. From corrugated, warehouse solutions, design & engineering to packaging supplies.

We are currently searching for a Logistics Coordinator who assign & dispatch freight to Drivers, oversee routes and bill of ladings and timeline for the Drivers.  Hours/Days

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Aligns the day’s freight with available drivers. Dispatches individual drivers with assigned loads, routes, bill of ladings, and timelines.
  • Freight scheduling
  • Pick ticket and load tags
  • Tracks individual driver hours available and log book activity
  • Posts all bills of lading meeting the requirements and forwards all discrepant bills of lading to the Shipping Manager
  • Daily communication with Drivers, customers and Management team
