Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores on all parts of National Boards
• Valid California DC license 
• Valid Radiography X-Ray Supervisor & Operator Permit (XSOP) through CDPH-RHB
• HIPAA compliant

We are seeking a chiropractor who is:

• A strong and confident diversified/manual adjuster who can confidently work with all body types
• Proficient with instrument adjusting techniques
• Excellent at delivering compelling and patient-centered Doctor Reports of Findings (ROFs)
• Comfortable caring for pediatric, pregnancy, adult, and elderly populations
• A strong verbal and written communicator who builds patient trust and compliance 
• Positive, energetic, efficient, and able to multitask while delivering exceptional care
• Highly coachable, dependable, and growth-minded
• Passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and leading by example
• Motivated and seeking a long-term career opportunity in a mission-driven organization

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Deliver exceptional chiropractic care and treatment services based on established protocols and individualized care plans
• Complete all exams, doctor/patient touch points, X-ray reviews and diagnoses, Mini ROFs for Day 2 patients, and deliver all recommended care plans.
• Taking X-ray imaging
• Provide excellent diversified/manual adjustments and instrument-assisted techniques
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic and natural healthcare
• Ensure patients receive all prescribed services during visits to maximize outcomes and care plan adherence
• Participate in progress examinations and collaborate with senior doctors to create care plans and support excellent patient outcomes
• Encourage care plan compliance, patient retention, referrals, and patient reactivation
• Grow clinical confidence, patient relationships, and practice impact while maintaining excellent care standards
• Participate in community outreach, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building opportunities as assigned or invited
• Build a five-star patient experience and strong retention
