Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will include the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, establishing a solid understanding of their needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and systems theory, to promote lasting change.
• Regularly set therapeutic goals with clients and assess their progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients who prefer virtual accessibility or have mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring consistency with best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, supervision, and training to enhance your clinical skills and stay abreast of emerging trends in the field.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
