Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that capture critical information about clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and community resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet specific client needs.
  • Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices to guide treatment.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals with measurable outcomes to facilitate client progress.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
  • Offer crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans for clients in immediate need.
  • Document all treatment efforts and client interactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation classes and group therapy sessions to enhance clients’ understanding of their conditions and treatment options.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

  • Demonstrated expertise with evidence-based treatment modalities and a solid understanding of mental health issues.
