Inside Sales Representative

Location: Gillette, Sheridan, or Casper, WY
Compensation: $40,000/year base + uncapped commission potential (on-target annual earnings(OTE) of $52k + per year at minimum target)

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who is motivated by high‑energy sales environments, qualifying inbound leads, and maximizing commission opportunities. This full‑time position offers strong earning potential for individuals who thrive on meeting—and exceeding—sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue by converting inbound inquiries into new customer sign‑ups
  • Maximize commission earnings through upsells, cross‑sells, VoIP sales, and managed router services
  • Complete prequalifications and LOS assessments to quickly move prospects through the pipeline
  • Engage promptly and professionally with all leads generated via the Visionary Leads Page
  • Participate in continuous sales training and skill development to enhance performance

  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales‑driven mindset
  • Tech‑savvy with understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related products
  • Willingness to learn and explain broadband products and technology
  • Flexible, adaptable, and motivated by a results‑oriented environment

  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent Visionary Broadband with confidence
