This is a hybrid position, 3 days/week onsite and 2 days/week remote. We are only considering local candidates at this time. 

JOB SUMMARY

The Employment Engagement Analyst will focus on employee engagement and retention with the primary audience being in our Sales and Service Center.  This position works collaboratively and cross-functionally to foster desired culture, employee engagement and maintain retention expectations for the Sales and Service Center to ensure accuracy and impact.  This position is responsible for coordination and implementation of all employee engagement and retention activities, events and efforts within the Sales and Service Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of broad supplemental incentive programs to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Maintain and promote an inclusive and high-performing culture to maximize operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, employee engagement and open communication
  • Develop, implement, evaluate and manage weekly, monthly and annual engagement, cultural and awareness programs
  • Engagement of remote/virtual employees in addition to the onsite employees
  • Develop, implement and evaluate all employee engagement activities and events
  • Liaison to other internal departments to ensure awareness, alignment and participation of employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Participates in working groups to plan, coordinate, and execute original communications products and publications related to special events and programs, critical awareness of key issues and policies, etc
  • Demonstrates the ability to build trust, credibility, and authentic relationships across all levels of the organization by actively listening to employee feedback, following through on commitments, and maintaining a visible, approachable presence.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees in the Sales and Service Center, gathering feedback and helping to recommend, assess, and maintain office/workspace layouts and facilities that create a positive employee experience
  • Ability to lead change and deliver results
  • Assumes accountability for overall project success as assigned – including cost, schedule, quality and scope management, as well as internal and/or external customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to own a large annual budget: forecasting, vendor negotiation, purchase planning, cost-per-employee analysis and explaining ROI.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field – business, project management, event coordination
  • 4-7 years of work experience in Operations, Project Management, Event Coordination, and/or equivalent Business area
  • Prior call-center experience would be a major plus.
  • Project management and/or process improvement certifications preferred
  • Strong verbal, written and collaborative skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
