Job Summary

The Sr Administrative Assistant provides front-office reception support, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment.  This role also provides general administrative support to clients, managers and employees, and assists in daily office needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets visitors, clients, and team members with a welcoming and professional presence
• Manages emails, deliveries and correspondence, routing them to the right people
• Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting front office environment
• Manages conference room scheduling and prepare spaces for meetings, and keep them neat and organized
• Orders and maintains office supplies.
• Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferred.

Functional/Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service skills

Environmental/Physical Demands

Work is typically performed in a standard office environment.
